Customer Service representatives are available Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET. Closed holidays. Peak contact periods are: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., all day on Mondays or the day after a holiday. Please consider calling outside of peak periods to reduce your time on hold. Individuals with hearing or speech disabilities may dial 711 to access Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) from a telephone or RTT/TTY.
Customers may immediately report a lost or stolen ABLEnow Card in the secure online account portal. Navigate to the “Tools & Support” tab for the link to report a missing card 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
