As the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold, the health and well-being of ABLEnow customers, employees and communities is top priority. Virginia529, the agency that administers the ABLEnow program, is implementing plans to continue business operations while reducing risk to employees, customers and our communities. Be assured, ABLEnow is taking every precaution and has prepared for a situation like this, as have the program’s investment and banking partners.

This is an excellent time to do business securely and efficiently online. Most customer transactions may be initiated in the secure ABLEnow consumer portal to ensure the fastest processing, with no delays for mail and delivery. Eligible individuals may open an account online.

During this uncertain time, ABLEnow is making every effort to serve customers with minimal disruption or processing delays. Employees are available to respond to emails and phone calls and conduct business operations remotely, ensuring the safe custody and investment of your contributions and timely processing of withdrawal and other requests.

While our Virginia office is closed to visitors and participation in external events is suspended, ABLEnow is offering virtual opportunities to learn about ABLE accounts from the comfort of home. Register for an upcoming webinar or invite ABLEnow to present to your group through our video conference capabilities.

Please continue to check this website for relevant and timely information as the situation evolves. While this remains a challenging time, ABLEnow is encouraged by the support, resilience and strength of our customers and community.
