Investor’s Guide for ABLE The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) recently published the Investor’s Guide for ABLE Programs to explain how ABLE programs work, including the protections afforded to investors and individuals. Download this educational guide along with other ABLE program resources on the MSRB website here. The MSRB is a self-regulatory organization charged with promoting a fair and efficient municipal securities market. Interests in ABLE programs are considered municipal fund securities under the federal securities laws and are regulated as municipal fund securities under MSRB rules.
