IRS Offers ABLE Resources The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is a federal agency best known for collecting taxes and administering the Internal Revenue Code. But did you know the IRS offers an abundance of educational materials too? To help taxpayers understand the benefits of ABLE accounts, the IRS recently produced ABLE educational videos in English, Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL).
